Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Jaden Levin — Aesthetic Mastery (“we”, “us”). They cover your use of this site and everything you get access to through it. By opting in or using the program, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What you get

Access to the Aesthetic Mastery Peak System, AM Coach AI, the Peak Aesthetic Split form library, and the member community. Access is personal to you, non-transferable, and granted for your own individual use.

The Base44 subscription is separate

The program itself is free. It runs on Base44, a separate third-party platform, and a $50/mo Base44 subscription is required to use it. That fee is paid to Base44 directly and is governed by their terms and their billing, not ours. We do not receive it, we cannot refund it, and we are not responsible for their platform, its availability, or changes they make to it. If you already have a Base44 account there is nothing further to pay.

The program is free because of a commercial partnership. That arrangement can change or end, and with it the price and availability of free access.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. The program is built for adults training on their own responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not share your access, credentials, or the material with anyone else. Do not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute any part of the course, the form library, the community content, or the coaching system. Do not use the program to harass other members, to post unlawful content, or to build a competing product. We can suspend or end access if you do.

AM Coach AI

AM Coach AI is an artificial intelligence assistant trained on Jaden Levin’s system and coaching methodology. It is not Jaden Levin personally, it is not a licensed professional, and it can be wrong. Treat what it tells you as coaching guidance, not as medical, nutritional, or psychological advice. Do not send it anything you would not want processed by an automated system.

No guarantee of results

Nothing here promises a specific physical outcome. The transformations shown on this site are real members and are not typical. What you get out of the program depends on your starting point, your consistency, and your execution. Any figures, timelines, or examples are illustrative, not a commitment.

Health

Nothing on this site or in the program is medical, nutritional, psychological, or health advice, and none of it substitutes for care from a qualified professional. Speak to your doctor before changing how you eat or train, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, take medication, or are recovering from injury. You train at your own risk.

Intellectual property

The course, videos, written material, branding, and the coaching system remain ours. You get a limited personal licence to use them while you have access. That licence ends when your access ends.

Ending access

You can stop using the program at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if the partnership that funds free access ends, or if we discontinue the program. Ending your access here does not cancel your Base44 subscription — cancel that with Base44 directly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the program is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for injury arising from how you choose to train or eat. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third parties

This site is not part of, or endorsed by, Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple, or any of their platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the program after a change means you accept it.
