Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Jaden Levin — Aesthetic Mastery collects when you use this site, why, who else touches it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

What you give us. When you opt in we collect your name, email address, and phone number. That is the whole form — we do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

What comes with it. Alongside your details we record the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term). This is how we tell which ad or post sent you, and it is attached to your submission.

What we observe. Standard analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, buttons clicked, video engagement, approximate location from your IP address, and device and browser information.

Why we collect it

To set up and deliver your access, to make the setup call, to answer you when you get in touch, to measure which advertising works, and to keep the site working and secure.

Phone, text and email

When you submit the form you agree to be contacted about your access by phone, text, and email. That includes a setup call shortly after you opt in. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts by replying STOP, stop emails using the unsubscribe link in any of them, or ask us to stop contacting you altogether at support@aestheticmastery.com.

Who else receives it

We do not sell your data. We do share it with the services that make the program run, and only for that purpose:

• Scaled and Supabase — receive and store your opt-in so we can act on it.
• PostHog and the Meta Pixel — product and advertising analytics. Meta may match your activity to a Meta account it already holds; that processing is governed by Meta’s own policies.
• Wistia — hosts the videos and reports how much of them is watched.
• Base44 — the separate platform the program runs on. Your account and the $50/mo subscription live with them, under their privacy policy, not ours.
• Scheduling and calling tools — used to book and make your setup call.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. Most browsers let you block or delete them, and browser-level ad and tracker blocking works here — the site still functions with them switched off.

How long we keep it

Opt-in records are kept for as long as you have access and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or pseudonymised form on the retention schedules of the tools named above.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@aestheticmastery.com from the address you signed up with and we will action it. Deleting your details will normally end your access, since we need them to identify you.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and work with established providers to store it. No service can promise perfect security, and we cannot guarantee it.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
